Defined in EN-QV-130 as the review group composed of site management personnel that independently reviews activities to provide additional assurance that the plant is operated and maintained in accordance with the Operating License and applicable regulations that affect nuclear safety. The OSRC reports to and advises the GMPO on matters related to nuclear safety.
