Letter from Clayton Stone to NRC Document Control Desk, "2018 South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Annual Environmental Operating Report" dated April 29, 2019 (NOC-AE-19003645) (ML19135A183).

In the referenced correspondence, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted the 2018 Annual Environmental Operating Report in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.3. The description of program deviations for vegetation samples was inadvertently incorrect. STP wrote a condition report: to document the issue. The remaining sections of the referenced correspondence are correct.

On page 6-18 under the section "Program Deviations," a bullet point incorrectly states "Five out of 36 vegetation samples were not collected monthly due to seasonal unavailability." The number "Five" should be replaced with "Four."
