License No. DPR-49 Change Report for Revision 3 to the Cyber Security Plan for Duane Arnold Nuclear Plant Revision 3 of the Cyber Security Plan for Duane Arnold Nuclear Plant corrected a reference to 10 CFR 73. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submissions," and 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC hereby submits the Change Report for Revision 3 to the Cyber Security Plan for Duane Arnold Nuclear Plant. The enclosure contains a description of the changes included in Revision 3 of the Cyber Security Plan.

This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
