Pursuant to 10 CFR 37.41 (a)(3) and the Regulatory Commitment made by TMl-2 Solutions in Reference 1, TMl-2 Solutions hereby provides written notification for implementation of the TMl-2 Materials Security Plan. TMl-2 Solutions will coordinate implementation to coincide with the Three Mile Island, Unit 1 ISFSI Only Security Plan timeline as described in Reference 2 and subsequent TMl-1 submittals.

There are no Regulatory Commitments contained in this letter.
