Participants will hear how the NRC grants program provides a pipeline of talented new hires to State and Federal agencies, how the NRC is actively recruiting health physicists into the agency, what collaborations are ongoing across the NRC as well as between the NRC and States, and how grassroots efforts at the NRC and other agencies are bringing health physicists together. We will also show how these efforts are real-life examples of the NRCâ's use of our Strategic Workforce Planning process.
