This 4/4/2022 revision includes edits to the PSP that was submitted on 12/16/2021 (Ref 5) for NRC approval pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90. These edits are benefited by NRC input as discussed by telephone on 2/1/2022 (Ref 6). This revision replaces in its entirety the previous plan dated 3/20/2019 (Ref 4).

Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.67(c)(2), GEH requests 60 days to fully implement this PSP from the date approved by the NRG.

This letter is submitted under oath or affirmation according to RIS 01-018. Upon removal of the enclosures this transmittal letter may be decontrolled. Enclosure 1 may be removed and treated as Security Related Information.
