Plant Aerial

  • No essential fish habitat (EFH) is located within the vicinity of MNGP, nor were any EFH areas protected from fishing.

Habitat Areas of Particular Concern

  • No habitat areas of particular concern (HAPC) located within the six-mile vicinity of MNGP.

Threatened and Endangered Species

  • Three Federally listed threatened, endangered or candidate species are listed within Sherburne and Wright Counties.
  • Twenty-two state listed species are located within Sherburne and Wright counties.

Cultural Resources

Lessons Learned SLR Review

  • Incorporate lessons learned from previously submitted ER & SAMA analyses into the MNGP ER and basis documents SAMA Evaluations Agency Consultations Alternatives
  • Review and incorporate applicable information into MNGP ER based on previously submitted SLR ER RAIs (e.g., PSL, PBN, PTN, SPS, ONS, PBAPS)
  • Allocate sufficient time to test IT resources (e.g., access to e-Portal and Microsoft Teams) and offer to walk through the organization presented on the e-Portal prior to environmental audit.
