ORDER The applicants in this matter request an extension of the deadline for filing answers to the previously filed hearing requests of EDF, Inc. (EDF) and Eric J. Epstein and Three Mile
Island Alert (TMIA).1 The Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) also requests an extension of the deadline for the applicants to answer ELPCs hearing request.2 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), I grant the motions. The deadline for the applicants to answer hearing requests filed by EDF and TMIA is July 12, 2021. The deadline for the applicants to answer ELPCs hearing request is July 30, 2021.
