PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN SVINICKI: Good morning everyone. I convene now an adjudicatory session of our Commission for the purpose of addressing one adjudicatory item. Madam Secretary would you please lead us through.
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes, this is on SECY-20-0017, Interim Storage Partners, LLC (Waste Control Specialists Consolidated Interim Storage Facility).
The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing Sustainable Energy and Economic Development Coalitions appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards denial of the Sustainable Energy and Economic Development Coalitions motion to file a late-filed contention in the proceeding regarding Interim Storage Partners LLCs application to build and operate a consolidated interim storage facility in Andrews County, Texas.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order affirming the Boards decision.
