Records of leak test results shall be kept in units of microcuries and maintained for inspection by the Bureau.

18. The licensee who uses a gauging device for testing at field sites shall possess at such locations a current copy of the license, the current leak test certifi-cate and the licensee's operating and emergency procedures.

19. Each portable nuclear gauge shall have a lock or outerlocked container designed to. prevent unauthorized or accidental removal of the scaled source from its shielded position. The gauge or its container shall be locked when in trans-port or when not undr r tim direct surveillance of an authorized user.

20. The licensee shall maintain a log stating which authorized user has the device.
