The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) recently obtained information regarding industrial I safety issues at your Hatch facility. In particular, the information indicated that personnel are  !

containing potentially explosive material, and performing welding or other hot work without i appropriate clothing. These issues, if left uncorrected, could affect plant equipment or I endanger personnel performing these activities. l 1
