An application dated October 29, 1987, was filed with the.0ffice of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application requested an exemption to Section III.G 2 of Appendix R for the level transmitters for the QCST for the Arkansas Nuclear One Unit Nos. I and 2.

The foe required pursuant tc 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your October 29 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
