We understand that our appeal of this order dated 4/12/86 is in the Board's hands. This appeal also included a petition for an immediate stay of the operation of the Limerick plant. We included by reference our petition to LB of 3/24/86 for an immediate stay. Copies of the latter s

petition were forwarded to the Board previously.

We respectfully call the Board's attention to the threat to our health and safety from the continuing operation of the Limerick reactor without the required valve tests postponed in Amendnents
