COMPLIANCE WITH NUREG-0737, ITEM II.B.3 Based upon the additional information provided by your staff, we have completed our review of the last unresolved issue in Item II.B.3 of NUREG-0737, Postaccident Sampling Capability. The results of our review are contained in the enclosed safety evaluation.

We have concluded that the proposed post accident sampling system (Criterion 2) is acceptable, and therefore Item II.B.3 of NUREG-0737 has been successfully resolved for the Fort St. Vrain Station.
