Chilk,3ecra tsry, dated 11/25/85 which described sn arr-ngement l made by telephone on11/21/85 between him and Mr. W.L.Clements to extend the date of filing of the NRC response to 12/13/85 We ware not consulted as to the effect this extention would have on our appest. #e now state that we consider this extention unjustified and j
