Subject: Inspection No. 70-371/85-06
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Roth of this
office on April 29 - May 3,1985, for the purpose of reviewing the licensed
program at your facility. The inspection consisted of selective examinations
of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and
observations by the inspector.
'The inspection identified several violations of NRC requirements. Please
reply to these matters in accordance with the enclosed Appendix A. The
response requested above is not subject to clearance by the Office of
Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-521.
This transmittal will be made public unless you notify this office, within 10
days of the date of this letter, that you intend to request withholding of
information under 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). That notification may be made to the-
