Preplanned Alternate Sampling Program By letter dated November 26, 1985, you submitted a revised Preplanned Alternate Sample Program (PASP) for approval in accordance with Section 6.16.1 of your facility Technical Specifications. We have completed our review of your program and find that it constitutes an acceptable planning basis for meeting the requirement of Technical Specification 3.3.3.9 Table 3.3-13, action 42.

We understand, based on a telephone conversation held December 6, 1985 between Messrs. Brown, Perkins and Clyde of your office and Messrs. Sherman and Yuhas of this of fice that procedures for implementing this program'will be established pursuant to Technical Specification 6.8.1.- .
