PROPOSED RULE (62 FR 8885-8906) 2/27/97 We have proofed the subject Federal Register Notice and listed below are items to be
! corrected:
- 1. page 8887, Table I, third column. The $2.0 million entry in the Table for FY 1997 entitled " Payments from prior year l bills" should be a negative number. It is shown as a 1
positive number in the Table. In addition, in the Table appearing in the second column the summation line should be placed after the $6.0 million entry "less other receipt" l
i not before the entry.
- 2. page 8891, the table in the first column. The range of fees shown for the entry Part 30 - Byproduct material should read $490 to 23,5001' instead of $490 to 23,50011'.
l 3. page 8896, Category 4A at the bottom of the page. The l
words " Full Cost" have been omitted from the fee column I
for the first fee entry for the category license, renewal, amendment. The second entry for the _ category should read Inspections instead of Full Cost inspections.
These are errors made by the Federal Register. Attached is a marked up copy of the changes to the proposed rule.
