applicable portions of a draft Information Notice and provide a written response within 30 days.

The Information Notice is being prepared by the NRC to alert licensees to potential failure of subcomponents in General Electric Type AM or AMH 4.16kV Magne-Blast circuit breakers. >

As discussed with NRC staff on February 14,1997 [ Reference (c)], Vermont Yankee has performed the requested technical review and has no comments.
