POINTS-0F-CONTACT As you are aware from our August 27, 1996, memorandum transmitting to you
- Policy and Guidance PG 8-11: "NMSS Procedures for Reviewing Declarations of ,
Bankruptcy," the purpose of the directive was to provide procedures for addressing coordinated Agency actions to deal with licensee bankruptcies.
