!13 NONCONFORMANCE While performing a partial inspection to. Work Order 22500533-9 (Layup of Service Water Bsys and Sluice Gates) it was noted that four Service Water Traveling Screens (Q-equipment) had been removed in order to facilitate the work. The-~ work order did not cover the removal of the screens. A revision to the work order was not obtained prior to removing the

l 13 NONCONFORMANCE Contrary to the above requirement Warehouse 1 class B storage area is not weathertight. The couth west corner of the building roof has a severe leak causing extensive flooding of the floor during rains. On 8/26/85, following an afternocn rain, a standing puddle of water measuring approximately 25' wide x 60' long x 1 1/2" deep was on the warehouse floor.
