l The end of cycle coastdown continued into April,1996, with Reactor power starting the month at approximately 83 percent full power. Reactor power l continued to be manually reduced approximately one percent per day to maintain the desired Control Rod Drive index. On April 7 at 0938 hours0.0109 days <br />0.261 hours <br />0.00155 weeks <br />3.56909e-4 months <br />, a plant shutdown was initiated to start the Tenth Refueling Outage. Reactor power was manually reduced from approximately 78 percent full power while the Reactor Coolant System (RCS) average temperature was slowly raised from 576 to 582 degrees Fahrenheit. RCS average temperature was restored to 582 degrev st 1529 hours0.0177 days <br />0.425 hours <br />0.00253 weeks <br />5.817845e-4 months <br /> on April 7. The Main Turbine was  !
