Dear Sir:

This letter submits, in accordance with 10CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii), four (4) comtroIIed copies of the revised Limerick Generating Station (LGS) Security Plans. The revisions are detailed in the j summary of the Plan revisions.

These revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR 50.54(p)(2), and have been determined not to decrease the elTectiveness of the LGS Physical Security Plan Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan or the Safeguarts Contingency Plan. The cl.anges to the Physical Security Plan reflect changes associated with the climination of the requirement for armed guards to mair!f ain qualifications in accordance with the lethal Weapons Training i

Act #235 of the Commumecalth of Pennsylvania. The objectives of this training are met or l
