Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Senior Reactor Operator License Termination San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.74(b), this letter is to inform you that Edison has determined there is no longer a need for Mr. Keith A. Eckman (License # SOP-4370-3, Docket #55-3073) to hold an NRC Senior Reactor Operator License. On June 28, 1996, Mr. Eckman elected to retire from Edison. Consequently, effective that date, in accordance with 10 CFR 55.55, Mr. Eckman's license has expired.
