Limerick Generating Station NPDES Permit No. PA0051926 Discharge Monitoring Report Form

. As per our telephone conversation, enclosed is a computer-generated Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) form developed by Limerick Genera r ng Station. We are requesting the Department review and approve the form for use as an alternate to the DMR's provided with the NPDES permit. Use of the form will allow the station to improve the efficiency of completing the monthly reports, improve recordkeeping and reduce the potential for human error associated with transposing handwritten information to the forms, in order that the form can be used with the April DMR's, your prompt attention and response to our request would be appreciated.

A copy of this letter (including any attachments or enclosures) is being sent to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) in accordance with the Lirnerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, Environmental Protection Plan, Section 3.2, which stipulates that the USNRC shall receive a copy of any proposed changes to the NPDES permit at the same time the permitting agency is notified.
