' IN THE MATTER OF THE GEORGIA TECH RESEARCH REACTOR , Docket 50-160 and the upcoming Hearing on this matter due to the GANE Intervention as part andof theit's fact that GANE is using my "2.206 Petition under 10 C.F.R. Ch. 20" evidence , I have be m informed by both GANE and Judge Becchhoefer, ASLB Chairman, that I may present testimony of a miniman cf thirty minutes on the evening of May 22nd, 1996 at the Student Cen'er c Theatre on the Georgia Tech Campus at the so- called " Limited App'arance " session between 7pm and 9pn.

This letter is to(notify the Honorable Judges Bechhoefer, Kline and Lam of the ASLB, that I will do this and that I shall provide them with copies of testimony segments where possible (some charts may be too large to copy) and that my testimony will include, but not be limited to .

Bad management and lack of oversight and disregard of the public good Environmental contamination of the campus, the Chattahoochee River and of other living beings ernd unsafe conditions Support of GANE and Ms. R. Long's position that a " breakdown in management controls" exists and a " good ol' boy" network that was covering up Caorgia Tech's mistakes Deaths Other serious issues.

This is also to thank the Honorable Judges for the opportunity to present the above-referenced testimony, and also to notify the ASLB that there is a possibility that after I have finished my testimony, Dr. Vivian Steadman of S.A.F.E. will present about 5 to 10 minut.es testimony.
