In the Reference (a) and (b) letters, Comed proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Dresden, Quad Cities and LaSalle County to implement the equirements of Option B to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. The proposed changes were approved by the NRC staffin Reference (c) for Dresden and Quad Cities Stations.
Following subsequent discussions with the NRC staff, Comed has decided to withdraw proposed footnote '#' to LaSalle County Surveillance Requirement (SR) 4.6.1.3 and the corresponding Technical Specification Bases for footnote '#' to SR 4.6.1.3. LaSalle County will pursue this issue during its conversion to the Improved Standard Technical Specifications.
