'During the last six months of 1995, we had a total of

'six posi tives. There were no reportable events as required by L10 CFR26. 73 One of the positives was a Boston Edison employee who was found positive for marijuana on a random test. She was referred to our EAP and is now in our follow up testing program.

Five contractor personnel were found to be positive.

Four ' were positive on preaccess tests, three for cocaine and one for PCP. It was the first PCP positive that we have recorded since the beginning of our testing. One contractor was positive for cocaine on a candam test. It shauld be

-noted that all thase posicives wara fica tha sbme company.

All contractor personnel had their access terminated and they were referred to their employers for further action.

Three for cause tests were done. All were Boston Edison employees and all were negative.

Twenty-one specimens were found on integrity check to have creatinines less than 200 nanograms per liter. Twenty of these individuals were retested. One of these unannounced repeats was positive for marijuana. Two of the twenty repeats were tested a third time. The test was unannounced and an observed sample was obtained.

The positive random test rate of this period is . 006%.

This is a decrease from the previous 6 month period when we

'had a outage.

The Fitners for Duty Program has encountered no

. significant problems over this 6 month period.
