Nuclear Energy LI:btlity In:urence NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION RESTORATION OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY ENDOPSEMENT It is agreed that:

1. Payments made and expenses incurred by the companies under this policy have reduced, in accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, the Ifmits of the companies' liability stated in Item 4 of the Declarations and in all Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsements.
