Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant I.E. Bulletin 83-08: Electrical Circuit Breakers With an Undervoltage Trip Feature in Use in Safety-Related Applications Other Than the Reactor Trip System In response to the " Required Actions -for Holder.; of Operating Licenses" in the referenced I.E. Bulletin:

A review of electrical circuit breakers used in safety-related appli-cations has verified that there are no circuit breakers with mechanical undervoltage trip attachments, similar to the DB-50 breaker, being used in safety-related applications other than as reactor trip breakers.

Approximately twelve (12) hours of staff time was expended to prepare and review this response.
