Enclosed are Applicant's replies to the NRC Staff's responsive findings and Ms. Stamiris' findings on remedial soils issues, which were filed on November 15, 1983 and December 16, 1983 respectively. The Licensing Board's September 29, 1983 ORDER (Schedules for Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law) established January 2, 1984 as the due date for Applicant's replies. That date turned out to be a Federal holiday. Therefore last week I sought and obtained consent from Ms. Stamiris and Mr. Wilcove and permission from you to file these repli, on Januar 3, 1984.
