We represent Southern Bolt & Fastener Corporation in a lawsuit filed by Consumcrs Power Company in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan with respect to Consumers Power's nuclear power plant in Midland, Michigan.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 5552, pleaso provide us with copies of any and all records and documents in your possossion pertaining to said nuclear power plant; including records and reports of all investigations perfurmed by this Agency of said nuclear power plant; records and reports of all complaints received by this Agency regarding said nuclear power plant; any and all repbrts or records re-garding any and all actions taken by this Agency against said nuclear power plant; and, reports and records of all investigations performed by this Agency of said nuclear power plant.

We will, of course, be happy to pay reasonable reproduction costs, as required by the statute. 4
