Protection Against Malevolent Use of Vehicles at Duke Power Company Summary Description (s) t Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.55 (c) (9) please find attached summary descriptions which when implemented will provide protection against the malevolent use of vehicles at Duke Power Company's Oconee, McGuire and Catawba Nuclear Stations. Also attached are the comparisons of the vehicle control measures established to meet the Commission's design goals and criteria for protection against a land vehicle bomb.

These vehicle control measures meet the design goals and criteria specified by 10 CFR 73.55 (c) (8) (iii) . Please withhold from public  ;
