I Audits are not generally scoped by time period but rather by I

QA program aspect or activity, (i.e. pipe installation) . Audits are planned and periodically performed to verify compliance with the various aspects of the QA program and to determine the

effectiveness of the program.

PECo QA audits of radiogaphs of Bechtel Field welds are generally conducted on an annual basis. PECo QA audits of field subcontractor radiographs were not conducted annually but by QA program aspect or activity.
