5552, we request copies of all documents in the possession of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") at both its central offices in Washington, D.C. and its Region III offices in Illinois relating to its'Jevaluation or review of the design, construction, scheduling, cost and licensing of Consumers Power Company's nuclear plant facilities in Midland, Michigan from 1977 to the present.] Our request specifically includes documents for that period constituting or relating to NRC staff site inspections, working papers, reports, projections, studies, recommendations, data compilations, notes, transcripts, sign-in sheets and other records kept of public hearings, distribution or service lists, correspondence or other evidence of inquiries and orders.
