Volume 2: The Discussion Volume - presents a more detailed description of the review and l

evaluation tasks, the information obtained

! and analyzed, and detailed observations, conclusions and recommendations.

In accordance with NRC's protocol, copies of the report have been simultaneously mailed to NRC representatives identified by Mr. Keppler's staff.
