Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications Change Request 93-16-0 Revised Technical Specifications Pages Gentlemen:

By letter dated January 10,1994, PECO Energy Company submitted Technical Specifications (TS) Change Request No.93-164 for Umerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2, requesting changes to relocate the seismic monitoring instrumentation Limiting Condition for Operation, Surveillance Requirements, and associated tables and TS Bases to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report.

Since this request was submitted, the NRC has approved and issued LGS, Unit 1 and Unit 2, licensing amendments that resulted in changes to several TS pages which were contained in the January 10,1994 submittal. Therefore, all the submitted TS pages accompanying Change Request No.93-164 do not reflect current LGS TS pages. To rectify this condition, prior to NRC issuance of TS Change Request No.93-164, the following LGS TS pages, which were affected by subsequent amendments, are being re-submitted.

All other pages previously submitted by letter dated January 10,1994 are correct and are proposed as submitted. This information is being submitted under affirmation, and the required affidavit is enclosed.
