Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50 Appendix J, Secticn V, attached is the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2) Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT)
Report. This report describes the successful Type A test conducted during the tenth refueling outage (2R10), as well as providing a summary analysis of the Type B an't C tests conducted since the last ILRT (see 2CAN069116, dated June 28, 1991). Since no Type A, B, or C tests described in the report failed to meet the acceptance criteria of 10CFR50 Appendix J, Sections Ill.A.5(b), Ill.B.3, and Ill.C.3, respectively, the separate summary report requested by Section V.B.3 is not necessary.
Pursuant to ANO-2 Technical Specification 4.6.1.5.2 and 10CFR50 Appendix J, Section V.A, visual inspections of the accessible interior and exterior containment surfaces were completed prior to the ILRT. Additionally, an inspection of the end anchorages of all tendons was conducted during the ILRT per ANO-2 Technical Specification 4.6.1.5.3.
No evidence of structural deterioration which could affect either containment structural integrity or leak-tightness was found as a result of any of these inspections.
