initiated.on November.'14, 1990, for Fire Barrier Penetration Seal No, R1 2-049 in the = unit Reactor Building and fire watches were appropriately stationed. Fire Seal NO. R1-2-049 [ pipe cap] approximate location is on the 30-foot elevation west wall, The . subject _ LCO was initiated to facilitate ICSCC GE inspection equipment, cable and 1 cads, being run into the unit Reactor Building.
Duc ato tne scope of the -involved work, the sever. day time framc~ of the LCO was exceeded on Novemberf21, 1990. Until completion of this ISI work and subsequent return of the fire barrier penetration to service and cancellation of the LCO,
