This letter provides notification of equipment changes to the Shoreham facility which have occurred subsequent to the report on Phase I final survey status provided in Reference 1. These physical changes involve the removal of equipment previously surveyed and reported as such. This notification is provided as agreed between the LIPA and the NRC staffs, in order that NRC confirmation survey plans may be adjusted as necessary.

These equipment changes are described as items in the enclosure. l Table 1 of the enclosure lists the: (1) equipment removed, and i component identification number; (2) system from which it has been removed; (3) respective survey unit number, and; (4) specific location numbers and/or point numbers, where survey measurements !
