POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 NRC. Bulletin 88-10, dated November 22, 1988, requested thatL licensees take actions.to. ensure that molded case circuit' breakers i -- that cannot be:verifiably traced to the circuit breaker manufacturer are capable of. performing their safety functions. In

'a - letter, . dated November 5, 1990, we provided you-with an update on.

the actions being taken.to address the bulletin's recommendations..

We stated that the remaining nontraceable' circuit breakers in' inverters 1DYO3, 2DYO3, DYOC,r1DYO4, 2DYO4, and DYOD.would:be replaced with new circuit breakers as soon-as acceptable replacement circuit breakers.could be obtained.

This letter-is being submitted to inform you that all of'.the nontraceable circuit breakers identified above have been replaced and associated post-installationitesting h'a's1been satisfactorily completed. The final breaker / replacements were made in' inverter. 1 2DYO4 and were completed on March 4, 1994". . These actions' complete all of our commitments made in response to'NRC Bulletin 88-10.'
