! Gentlemen:
In response to violation 368/9307-01, Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) committed to complete an enhancement of Chemistry Department Procedures by March 31,1994.
L l Chemistry identified 270 procedures for enhancement.which involved approximately 405 total L procedure improvements. Of the 270 procedures identified, only 10 of these still require initial revision. In addition,120 of the 270 procedures which were revised prior to the initial commitment will require additional review for further enhancement. ANO has devoted additional resources to complete the project on' schedule. Ilowever, due to the number of procedures requiring attention and the demands of the current Refueling Outage (2R10), ANO will not be l able to complete the identified enhancements until July 1,1994.
