Gent 1emeni l The following summarizes fire protection Limiting Conditions for Operation (LCO)

A2-94-F0093:

On February 26, 1994, a new fire barrier penetration between the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDO) Building and the #4 Diesel Fuel Oil 4 Day Storage Tank Room was opened. A fire watch had been stationed prior to opening the penetration and  ;

remained in place until the penetration fire seal was declared operable. The penetration (DG-1-142) was opened to support the installation of a 12"'. Service 4 Water pipe by Plant Modification 91-071 This was part of the initial mobilization of the EDG - Service Water piping' replacement project -that will ,

continue throughout the upcoming Unit 2 Refueling Outage. During the removal of ,

the forms used in applying the grout seal a void was identified. This resulted in the seal restoration being delayed beyond the 7 day Technical Specification' time limit. The seal was regrouted and declared operable on March 7, 1994.
