j; > o -OnLJune 25, 1990 the NRC issued Amendment No. 5 to the Shoreham-L Nuclear Power Station-(SNPS) Operating Licensei(NPF-82) . This

' amendment,~among other things,' relocates' existing procedural 1 details. involving' radioactive effluent monitoring; instrumentation, equipment requirements and control of radioactive liquid and

. gaseous; effluents, and-radiological monitoring and reporting j l

detail's from the:SNPS. technical specifications to the ODCM.'

! Additionally, the amendment relocates the requirements for 5 radioactive solid waste from'.the-technical specifications to the ,

-PCP and provides for changes to the PCP.

Since these changes i were recently_made. effective, they'will be reported in the next 4 Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. ,
