P.O. Box 767, Chicago, Illinois 60690. Unit 2 has a Commercial Operating date of' October 17,1984, and has a gross generating capacity of 1122 MWE.-

The Unit 2 reactor vessel was supplied by Chicago Bridge and Iron, Oak Brook, IL 60521. The reactor recirculation system com)onents were su) plied by

General Electric, Co., San Jose, CA 95125. All other p ping examined c uring the third refueling outage was supplied by B.F. Shaw, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. 'he residual  :;

heat removal system heat exchangers were supplied by Struthers Wells Corp., Warren, Pennsylvania 16365.

The inspections that were 3erformed, the conditions that were obseWed, and the corrective measures that were ta <en are contained in the attached report.

We certify that the staten.ents made in this report are correct and that the examinations and corrective measures taken conform to the rules of the 1980 Edition of ASME Section XI, including the Winter 1980 Addenda.
