Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-413 Errors in Previously Submitted Correspondence My letter dated January 4, 1988 (copy attached) stated that the submittal of a Special Report concerning a valid failure of the Catawba "2B" Diesel Generator would be delayed until February 29, 1988. The date of the letter, as well as a date referenced in the body of the letter were incorrect.

The date of the letter should have been February 4, 1988 instead of January 4, 1988. The date when the Special Report was originally scheduled to he submitted was February 12, 1988 instead of January 12, 1988 as stated in the letter.

The Special Report was submitted under cover letter dated on February 29, 1988 as indicated.
