Oconee Nuclear Site Emergency Plan Volume C, Effective August 31, 1993 Volume B, Effective September 3, 1993 An audit of the Oconee Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Manaal, Volume C, determined several discrepancies. These have been corrected:

1. Volume C:

Typographical errors:

RP/0/B/1000/09 - Should have been changed to 6/10/93 RP/O/B/1000/10 - Should have been changed to 7/14/93 RP/0/B/1000/15 - Should have been changed to 6/10/93

2. Safety Assurance Directive Manual Sections 6.1 and 6.2.

Explanation of date difference: Should have been changed to 12/1/92.

During the audit it was determined that the Administrator of the Safety Assurance manual had reissued the documents to fit the format required for the computerized Book Manager program. The directive was given a new approval date but no changes were made to the content.

3. Human Resources Directive - Directive was not sent to EP for distribution to the Emergency Plan. This directive was not included in the Emergency Plan until 8/31/93.

4. Volume B:

Maintenance Directive 9.2/ Work Control Group - Directive was not sent to EP for distribution to the Emergency Plan. This directive was not included in the Emergency Plan until 9/3/93.
