In accordance with 10CFR50.4 attached is the original plus three.(3) copies (Copy Nos.1-4)-of Revision 19 to the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Industrial Security Plan ~ Copies 5 and 6 are being submitted to NRC Region.IV. A brief description of the changes made in this revision'and the revised pages-to'the Plan are attached. In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p) it was determined' by-Arkansas Power & Light Company that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, may be implemented without'neior NRC approval.
.The attachment contains Safeguards Information of the type specifie'd in 110CFR73.21 and,:therefore, should be withheld from public disclosure.
