The Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO)-has reviewed-Generic Letter 90-01 (reference 1) as it relates to the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station (SNPS). In accordance with the request contained-in Generic Letter-90-01, LILCO submits Enclosure l'which consists of completed questionnaires for each applicable type _of operational inspection, audit or evaluation as identified.

Please be advised that in compiling the enclosure, LILCO utilized NUMARC's guidance, as described in the attachment to. reference ~2, to-ensure that the information provided~by Enclosure 1 4s .
