1) Letter dated April 28, 1994 to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from R.M. Kessel Gentlemen:

Please be advised of the following clarification to the Reference'l letter regarding the resignation of Mr. John C. Brons from the subject position in the LIPA Shoreham Decommissioning Project. Based on recent discussions between officials of the Long Island Power Authority, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the New York Power Authority, LIPA has decided to retain the subject position at least until all fuel has been removed from the Shoreham site. Thus, ef fective immediately, the position will be assumed by Mr. S. David Freeman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York Power Authority.
